1) Order Processing & Build Time

  • Custom builds ship in 2–3 weeks from the date your order is placed, subject to timely pre-shipment approval (see below).

  • If parts availability or design changes affect the schedule, we’ll notify you right away.

2) Pre-Shipment Approval (Required)

Before we ship, you’ll receive high-resolution photos and a short video of your finished RC car for review. Please reply with written approval (email/message). Shipping occurs only after approval.

3) Domestic (USA) Shipping

  • Service: USPS Priority Mail

  • Transit time: 3–5 business days (after your approval and shipment creation)

  • Signature Required: A signature is required upon delivery to protect your purchase.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your label is created.

4) International Shipping

  • Standard transit time: 6–10 business days (typical), subject to customs clearance in your country.

  • Customs/VAT/Import Taxes: These are paid by the buyer and are not included in product or shipping prices. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

  • Tracking: Provided via the carrier used (often USPS Priority Mail International; expedited options available by request).

5) Shipping Address & Changes

  • Verify your shipping address at checkout. Address changes can be made before your order ships by emailing ramil@rzcars.shop.

  • Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages. Fees for re-delivery or address correction (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

6) Delivery Attempts, Missed Deliveries & Pickups

  • If the carrier attempts delivery and no one is available to sign, they may leave a notice or hold the package at a local facility.

  • It’s your responsibility to arrange pickup or re-delivery with the carrier. Unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds.

7) Shipping Insurance, Damage & Loss

  • We carefully pack every order. If your package arrives damaged, photograph the box, inner packaging, and product immediately, keep all materials, and contact us within 48 hours at ramil@rzcars.shop.

  • We’ll help initiate a carrier insurance claim. Remedies for confirmed transit damage are limited to repair or replacement per the claim outcome.

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it, contact the carrier and us right away so we can start an investigation.

8) Shipping Costs & Upgrades

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Expedited or alternative carriers (e.g., UPS/DHL) are available by request and invoiced at actual cost.

9) PO Boxes, APO/FPO

  • USPS Priority Mail supports PO Boxes and most APO/FPO addresses. Transit times may vary.

10) Notes & Exceptions

  • Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays.

  • Severe weather, carrier service disruptions, customs inspections, and remote-area delivery can extend timelines.
