1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from rzcars.shop (“Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our linked Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your state/country) to purchase. You’re responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Orders, Custom Builds & Approval

All builds are made to order. When your build is complete, we send high-resolution photos and a short video. You must approve in writing before we ship. After approval, your order is final and may not be canceled or modified.

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

Prices are shown in USD unless noted. We may pre-authorize or charge at order placement. Taxes, duties, and import fees (for international shipments) are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Build Times & Availability

Custom orders ship in 2–3 weeks from order date, subject to your timely approval and parts availability. If materials or scheduling change, we’ll notify you.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping, delivery windows, signature requirement, and tracking are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers upon carrier confirmation of delivery. We insure shipments and assist with carrier claims per policy.
U.S. Territories: We ship to PR/USVI/Guam/etc. (see Shipping Policy for how rates/timelines apply).

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. See our Return & Refund Policy for the rare cases where service may be authorized.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • Custom body/finish is provided AS IS except as expressly stated in writing.

  • If you purchased a build on a Traxxas chassis with Traxxas electronics, those components are covered exclusively by Traxxas’ manufacturer warranty. For electronics issues, contact Traxxas Support. RZ Cars is not a Traxxas warranty center.

  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties (merchantability/fitness/non-infringement).

9. Safety; LiPo & Operation

RC vehicles are powerful devices, not toys. Recommended 14+ with adult supervision. Follow all local laws; do not operate on public roads. LiPo batteries must be charged with compatible chargers, on non-flammable surfaces, never unattended. You assume all risks from operation, charging, storage, and modification.

10. User Content & Reviews

By submitting photos, videos, or reviews, you grant RZ Cars a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and repost them for marketing, with credit where feasible. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All Site content—images, videos, text, logos—is owned by RZ Cars or its licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission. For copyright concerns, email ramil@rzcars.shop.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, interfere with Site operation, or engage in fraud or chargeback abuse.

13. Third-Party Services

Payments, shipping, and some Site functions are provided by third parties (e.g., Shopify Payments/Stripe/PayPal, USPS/UPS/DHL). Their terms and privacy policies apply in addition to ours.

14. Errors & Changes

We may correct errors or inaccuracies (including price and availability) and cancel orders not yet shipped. We may revise features, products, or prices at any time.

15. Service/Repair Authorization

Do not return any product without written authorization. Approved service is limited to repair or replacement of affected parts per our policies; no refunds.

16. Export & Sanctions

You represent you are not located in a sanctioned country and are not on any U.S. denied parties list. You will comply with export controls and local import laws.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RZ Cars will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RZ Cars harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of products, violation of laws, or breach of these Terms.

19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Option A (Courts): Exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Orange County, CA. Option B (Arbitration): Binding arbitration in Orange County, CA, with small-claims court as an alternative. (Choose one option for your site.)

20. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; we’ll post the new effective date on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

21. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, plus the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and RZ Cars regarding the Site and purchases.
